Notice is hereby given for public information that the Shire of Mundaring, at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on the 13 February 2024, resolved to adopt the Child Care Premises and Family Day Care Local Planning Policy.
The purpose of the policy is to provide a framework for the location, design and operation of Child Care Premises and Family Day Cares within the Shire of Mundaring. Also to ensure child care premises are appropriately designed to ensure the health and safety of children attending the early childhood education and care service.
