Electors of the Shire are advised that the annual electors’ meeting will be held on Wednesday, 13 March 2024, commencing at 6.30pm at the Boya Community Centre, cnr Clayton Road and Scott Street, Boya.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Adopt the 2022/23 Annual Report; and
- Conduct General Business
A copy of the 2022/23 Annual Report is on the Annual Reports and Progress Reporting page on the Shire of Mundaring website. Hardcopies are available for inspection at the Mundaring Administration Centre and Mundaring and Boya Public Libraries.
Please note, priority at the meeting will be given to questions and motions received at least two business days prior to the meeting. Additional questions and motions may also be presented at the meeting which will be considered after the written submissions, time permitting.
To submit a question or motion, please provide completed forms to shire@mundaring.wa.gov.au by 4pm, Monday 11 March 2024.
