The blue Community Recycling Centre pass is still valid for the 2023/2024 Financial Year. If you've misplaced or damaged your hard copy, you can sign up to My Mundaring and download a digital image of your pass to your phone or print a new copy.

Council adopted the Corporate Business Plan 2023/24 to 2026/27 at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Tuesday 8 August.
The plan follows the course set in the Strategic Community Plan 2020 to 2030. The focus of the plan is continuity and consolidation with some adjustments. In the main, the plan follows the course set in the Strategic Community Plan.
During a particularly challenging time, the Shire has worked hard to continue to deliver the community’s vision while keeping rates as low as possible.
The challenges faced by all local governments follows a similar trend. Major difficulties in obtaining contractors, recruiting staff and meeting escalating costs.
The plan recognises that the community is also experiencing many of the same difficulties, including significant cost of living pressures.
